Matte About You Topcoat!

Okay guys, I apologize that 1. My posts have been so non existent and 2. They're so unorganized. My laptop charger broke so I'm currently living SANS COMPUTER. The worst. So I've been blogging right from my phone.

Anyways, I got my first ever matte top coat, Essie's Matte About You. SERIOUSLY WHERE HAS THIS BEEN ALL MY LIFE?! I don't even know what to say I adore it. Easy application. Fast drying. So far I don't know about chipping because I cannot wait to post this! Absolute A++ could not be happier.

I'll post pics of my current mani without top coat first then with will follow right after. The last pic is just my response to the awesomeness that is matte.

Christmas French Manicure

I am literally only posting this because I am so beyond frustrated that I'm surprised I got ANY results out of this.

I've been doing my nails straight for 2 hours and destroyed a sheet set, a quilt and the Mickey Mouse blanket my grandparents gave to me as a kid so far. I have screwed up 2 manicures beyond repair and this is the best I've managed to get so far. I'm only gonna show the hand that KIND of looks right because the other one is crap.

I got the idea from it off a tutorial on Instagram. The nail community on that is pretty solid.
